Do you offer samples before I commit to a full order?

Yes, we highly recommend ordering samples. You can select up to five tile samples for a small flat fee to see the color, texture, and finish in your own space before placing a bulk order.

How are shipping costs calculated for heavy tile orders?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the tiles and your delivery zip code. We use specialized freight carriers to ensure your tiles arrive safely and without breakage.

What should I do if my tiles arrive damaged?

While we pack our tiles securely, breakage can occasionally occur during transit. Please inspect your delivery immediately and report any damage within 48 hours with photos so we can send replacements at no extra cost.

Can I return leftover boxes of tile from my project?

We accept returns on unopened, full boxes of tile within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a 20% restocking fee applies, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How do I know how many tiles I need to order?

We recommend measuring your total square footage and adding a 10-15% 'wastage' factor to account for cuts, breaks, and future repairs. You can use the calculator on each product page for an estimate.

Are your tiles suitable for both floor and wall applications?

Suitability varies by material. Each product page includes specific ratings for floor or wall use. Generally, all floor tiles can go on walls, but not all wall tiles are durable enough for floor traffic.
