Returns & Exchanges

At Tilemall, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unused, full-box tiles in their original packaging. Please note that individual tiles cannot be returned and a restocking fee may apply to ensure the highest quality standards for all our customers.

Return Process

    Check Eligibility

    Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging and that you are within the 30-day window from the date of delivery.

  • 2.
    Submit a Request

    Contact our customer service team with your order number and photos of the tiles to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 3.
    Pack and Ship

    Securely pack your tiles on a pallet or in reinforced boxes and ship them back to our central warehouse using a tracked courier service.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
